We read every message and aim to reply within three working days.

If something on the site is not working or does not look right, the quickest way to tell us is the Report an issue form. It notes the page you were on, and when you are signed in you can add a screenshot and see our reply there.

What to include

• A bug: the page or calculator, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.
• A calculator result you think is wrong: the calculator name and the exact inputs you entered. Every calculator states its formula on the page — telling us which step disagrees makes it much faster to fix.
• Account or data requests: the email address on the account. Note that you can delete your account yourself, immediately — when signed in, under Settings → Danger zone.

What we can't help with

We can't tell you what to buy, sell or hold, review your portfolio, or comment on a specific stock. Ghanshyam Tech is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst and gives no advice, tips or calls — see About and our Terms & Conditions.

Privacy

For anything about your personal data — what we hold, or a deletion request — use the same address and mention "privacy" in the subject. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected and how to remove it.
